Welcome, to the Fountain of Youth

A former competitive athlete, Andrew learned the hard way that performance, without recovery, does not last - and nor does the body. His path to healing brought him to yoga, where he discovered what he deems to be, The Fountain of Youth.

Andrew’s teaching style focuses on mobility, strength, cadence and longevity - all in equal measures.

With an innate ability to meet each student, exactly where they are at, Andrew draws back the curtain of the healing potential of yoga and moulds it into something accessible and connective.

Andrew is also an authority in the Men’s Heath & Wellness space.

The Method

Mobility
Harnessing the ancient and powerful movement patterns, through which yoga is practiced, we open the body in ways that allow my students to rebuild range of movement , deeply release tightness and tension and create space to move out of pain and restriction.

01

Strength
We build a robust foundation through low impact conditioning that safely tones, strengthens and challenges every muscle group. Simple bodyweight bearing sequences, woven into the practice, gives us the opportunity to rewrite your physical future.

02

Cadence
There is likely no greater motivator for change than physical pain, and yoga can be a truly powerful tool, in most cases, to relieve that. But, as with almost all things in this life, the greater the consistency in which you practice, the greater the positive outcome.

03

Longevity
Yoga is not everyone’s passion, but it is the gateway to being able to chase the modality you truly draw pleasure from, whether that is tennis, running, surfing or base jumping. I guide my students through their practice in a way that allows them to support and tune into their bodies, empowering them to take control of their physical health now and in the years ahead. It’s my version of The Fountain of Youth.
